Paul
Director
Paul is the remaining founder of Intercard. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience from his plastic card industry background of 30+ years. Paul started in the card industry as an engineer before joining forces with fellow colleagues to create and build Intercard to where it currently stands. For questions or information on plastic cards, Paul is definitely your man.
Lauren
Director
Lauren joined Intercard straight from her Business college course in June 2000. She joined Intercard doing admin duties. With her eye for detail, organisational skills and eager to learn, she worked her way up taking on more roles within Intercard. Lauren is now one of the Directors and overseas all aspects of the company from accounts to new business and customer account management.
Louise
Office Manager
Louise joined us in 2019 as our Office Manager and has the task of keeping us all in line which she does incredibly well. Louise also uses her organisational skills to keep on top of production and stock, her administrative skills to keep the admin for the office under control and her personable nature to support our clients, old and new, with customer service.
Ryan
IT Manager
Ryan has worked at Intercard for nearly 18 years. His organisational skills, experience and willingness to help means he is able to carry out his role to a high standard and help customers whenever they need it. Ryan has a vast experience in information technology and is constantly adapting to new software to help keep up to date as modern technology evolves. Fun Fact: Ryan was once on a male calendar for charity, which was for Hertfordshires Mercury 96.6 radio station.
Amy
IT Assistant
Amy first joined Intercard as a casual temp doing admin work during busy periods. She then joined Intercard as a full time member of staff and has now been with the company for 8 years. Amy was an all-rounder helping out with admin duties but then developed into the IT role where her quick learning and eye to detail has been key.
Steph
Gift Card Bureau Operator
Steph has worked with Intercard since June 2015. Her previous job involved the fulfilment of gift cards, so she was familiar with the plastic card industry. She joined the company working primarily with our gift card clients and after a brief stint helping with our administration is back now processing, fulfilling and dispatching gift card orders.
David
Bureau Operator
David has worked for Intercard for over 15 years, in which time he has gained huge experience and expertise in the plastic card industry. David thrives on the multi-tasking and busy nature of the bureau and also the deadlines and attention to detail associated with the work. Fun Fact: David once conducted an interview with Red Dwarfs Craig Charles for BBC Radio 6music whilst on a works bonding weekend in London. The show was listened by over 2.43 million listeners!
Jane
Fulfilment
Jane has been with Intercard for over 17 years working within the fulfilment team. Jane has great eye to detail which is of high importance when manually fulfilling customer membership cards, packs and letters. Jane loves the busy atmosphere and takes pride in meeting all the scheduled dispatched dates.
Linda
Fulfilment
Linda has been working for Intercard for over 18 years. Her role within the company is on the fulfilment team, making sure that the manual work leaves the company correctly. Linda's hard work and diligence ensures present and future customer satisfaction.
Julie
Fulfilment
Julie started at Intercard as a temp for 6 weeks in November 2017 and is still here with us. Julie is part of the fulfilment team who work brilliantly together and always try and go the extra mile. She always puts a smile on peoples faces!
Joy
Fulfilment
Joy has been with the company for 7 years, working in our fulfilment department. Starting off as a temp, she quickly showed her worth and was taken on permanently. Joy is flexible, efficient and always happy to help others. Known to her friends as “Joyous” she is fun, cheerful and brings laughter to the office!
